Each suite includes a large master bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, outdoor open-air shower, lounge, wet bar, spacious sun terraces, private outdoor infinity plunge pool, and other outstanding features including a bath tub with a stunning view.

The Cliff Penthouse Suite at Oil Nut Bay sits at the highest point and is even more spacious offering a wrap around outdoor terrace and full size swimming pool. The Penthouse has been luxuriously styled by FENDI Casa and includes signature FENDI Casa décor and furnishings throughout the living room, master bedroom and plentiful outdoor spaces.

Each suite is air-conditioned and provides a Gaggia Italian espresso coffee maker, fridge, soft drinks and snacks which are replenished daily, bathrobes and slippers and an electric cart for your ease of access throughout the resort. iPads are provided for your convenience and your in-room wi-fi is free of charge.

Bay Suites

Tucked into the hillside at Oil Nut Bay and close to the Beach Club, the Bay Suites offer a luxurious, comfortable retreat. The Bay Suites offer flat screen TV in both living room and bedroom. There is a soaking tub and outdoor shower, kitchenette area with wet bar and fridge and the Bay Suites are within a few minutes walk of the main resort centre.

Jewel Box Villa

This beautifully appointed two bedroom, two and a half bathroom, beachfront villa is your perfect retreat from your usual every day fast pace of life. Both master bedrooms feature breathtaking views of Oil Nut Bay and have en-suite bathrooms.

The villa includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living room equipped with a large screen TV and DVD player and air-conditioning. Situated just steps from the white sand beach, the expansive outdoor living space includes a private infinity pool, large verandah, hardwood gazebo and a thatched roof hut for that shady spot.

Bella Beach Villa

This spectacular six bedroom villa is located directly on the pristine white sand beach of Oil Nut Bay.

Bella Beach Villa is graciously appointed with luxury furniture and fixtures, internal sound system and air conditioning.

Two king master suites over-look the pool and beachfront, and four additional king bedrooms offer guests comfort and privacy.

Each bedroom at Bella Beach Villa has a private entrance, en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, luxury bedding, coffee maker, refrigerator and LCD television. In addition to the stunning open-plan kitchen which opens into the elegant great room, Bella Beach villa also includes a luxuriously-appointed professional chef’s kitchen. Al fresco poolside dining is provided and there is a gas barbecue grill on the terrace. Other amenities at Bella Beach include a koi pond, laundry room with two washers and dryers and a well-equipped exercise room. The Great room offers 55″ TVs with built in surround sound, BlueRay DVD players and iPod docking station.

Reef House Estate Villa

This three bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa at Oil Nut Bay on Virgin Gorda is Caribbean living at its absolute finest. The bedrooms are unusually designed as individual “pods” and individually decorated. Each bathroom has indoor and outdoor showers plus a “tub with a view” in the master bedroom. Each of the bedrooms is extremely private with their own balcony complete with lounging chairs.

The main living area at Reef House Estate Villa – known as the Great Room, houses a spacious sitting and dining area plus a well equipped kitchen. It opens out onto the outside deck and the infinity lap pool. At each end of the pool are tiki huts which are elevated and afford stunning views of the ocean.

These are only a small selection of the luxury accommodation available to rent at Oil Nut Bay on Virgin Gorda. All the villas are completely different and individually built.

Complimentary soft drinks and snacks are provided in the villas and an electric cart is provided for your convenience.

Oil Nut Bay offers world class dining in the Beach Club Restaurant and the Pavilion Restaurant. Nova Restaurant in the Marina village is built out over the water and is simply stunning. The tapas are delicious and after lunch you can have a dip in the pool with a view.

If you want to venture further afield, Oil Nut Bay provides a regular ferry service to North Sound on Virgin Gorda (small charge applies) to enable you to try other places to eat or just to visit another stunning beach.

The heart of Oil Nut Bay is the Beach Club. Here you will find a world class restaurant, convivial bar, a recreation area and an exceptional tiered pool stretching towards the white sand beach. There are expansive sun terraces and shady spots for you to relax and unwind.

Oil Nut Bay offers sailing, windsurfing, snorkelling, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, tennis, pickle ball (ask BVI Holidays!) and diving and the waters around Virgin Gorda are excellent for Reef fishing, Deep Sea fishing and Inshore fishing. Anegada, which is close by is the best place for Bone fishing and this can easily be arranged for you.

Diving can be arranged with Dive BVI who are situated at the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour and the staff at Oil Nut Bay will arrange transportation (chargeable) for you.

Oil Nut Bay has a stunning 3 tiered swimming pool complete with waterfall and swim-up bar serving delicious snacks and your favourite drinks. There is a fitness centre and studio offering pilates, pilate reformers and yoga. Oil Nut Bay also offers spa services in the privacy of your villa or suite.

Complimentary wi-fi is provided throughout the resort.

The Nut House Kids Club at Oil Nut Bay caters for teenies, tweens and teens and is run by professionals who will make your child’s holiday one to remember. They will learn about the flora and fauna of Virgin Gorda, the migratory patterns of the humpback whale and other fascinating facts about the BVI. Of course there are plenty of games, books and toys to keep them occupied as well. They will be well looked after and supervised at all times.

Travelling from the UK to the British Virgin Islands

The most direct way is from Gatwick to Antigua with British Airways and onwards to Tortola with inter-Caribbean Airways, which is also a non-stop flight. Virgin Atlantic fly from Heathrow to Antigua and the onward flight is with inter-Caribbean Airways to Tortola. Alternatively, BVI Holidays can charter a private aircraft just for you and your party. You will be met when you disembark your transatlantic flight and fast-tracked through immigration and customs and taken to your waiting aircraft.

Travelling from Scotland

Flights from Edinburgh and Glasgow can also be arranged to connect with the Gatwick and Heathrow flights on certain days. Flights from regional airports can be arranged through Paris or Amsterdam to St Maarten and onwards to the BVI.

Travelling from New York, Boston or Miami

If you would like to have a few nights in New York, Boston or Miami before heading to BVI, this can also be arranged. The onward flight is via Puerto Rico which is a 35 minute hop over to the British Virgin Islands or again, a private charter can be arranged.

There are no direct flights to the BVI which is why the islands remain unspoilt, uncrowded and uncommercialised. From the summer of 2023, there will be a flight from Miami direct to Tortola.
